The Main Aspects of Corrugated Pipes

The Main Aspects of Corrugated Pipes

Impermeable. When sockets and in-line coupling are assembled in the joing process, the impermeability is maintained up to 0.5 bar pressure. As a result the sewage water will not infiltrate into the ground water and our environment would be protected. Also in areas where the ground water is high the entrance of water from outside into the sewage system is prevented.
Easy repair and maintenance. As the inner surface of corrugated pipe is light coloured whenever it is needed a camera can be installed to control the sewage network.
Long service life. Minimum service duration of corrugated pipe is 50 years.
Efficient flow of fluids. Compared to other pipe materials corrugated pipes are low in hydraulic purity therefore by using diameter optimisation a reduced diameter can be chosen. This can aid in the reduction of the cost of the project. Also the pure form of the pipe's surface obstructs the hard particles sticking to inner surface. This will prevent the cross-section (bottleneck) of the pipe to get narrow.
